Orders
Please check carefully the product information prior to placing an order. In particular ensure that the correct size and options are correctly selected as made to order items cannot be returned if incorrectly specified. For the avoidance of doubt all orders for items which are not in stock are considered made to order items.
Order Cancellation
When you confirm an order with a credit card a contract will be in place between us. You have 7 days from placing the order to cancel it for a full refund. Cancellations must be made in writing to us at our postal address or via email :-

We reserve the right to cancel the order if we are unable to fulfil it. Unfulfilled orders may occur due to (but not limited to) the following:-
· Manufacturers closing product lines or unable to manufacture for any other reason
· Delivery to your area is not available
· There is an error on the website
In these circumstances we will offer you a full refund according to our refund process below.
Order Leadtimes
The leadtimes are estimates only and are not binding on us or our manufacturers.
Product Information
The information on each product is accurate to the best of our knowledge, however for some manufacturers products vary slightly due to the manufacturing process and hence may vary from the website specification. Due to the limitations of the internet and differences between display devices colours should only be considered as a indication. By placing an order you accept this limitation and products cannot be returned due to colour variations.
We use our best endeavours to ensure that the pricing on our website is correct, however where the price is displayed incorrectly we reserve the right to change it following your order. Where this occurs we will write to you offering you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or to cancel the order with a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
If the goods delivered are damaged, the incorrect goods are supplied or the incorrect number, then you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. For damaged goods we will arrange for a pickup of those goods and you may choose to cancel the order, replace the order or to have the goods repaired.
Specially made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged. All orders marked as not in stock will be considered made to order items.
Refunds Process
Where a refund is due we will refund you the agreed amount within 30 days. Refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card used on the original order.
Privacy
We recognise the importance of private information provided to us when you register and make purchases. The information that we collect and store is only used to service the orders that you place with us. The information will not be shared with anyone else and we will only contact you to service your order.
We will only send you emails and newsletters if you have agreed to receive these either when making a purchase or by subscribing to our newsletter. If in the event you are contacted by us inadvertently, please email us at suscribe@canning-sheridan.co.uk asking us to remove you from our mailing list.
Entire Agreement
These terms & conditions together with the information on our website form the whole agreement between us, nothing said by our sales staff can vary this agreement.
Contract Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
